I had the opportunity to see the movie “Inception” the other night and I truly must say that that movie is so incredibly thought provoking. I just sent my first draft to the editor for my chapter. Very exciting, but I am also nervous. I have these huge butterflies in my stomach. I have spent a lot of time looking for the things to do next. As a matter of fact I found another anthology that I am going to be sending information to. I am sure that everyone has a process that they go through when they start to write, the best part is that I am starting out with a “short story”. First step I gotta write, right? Yep. At first I wasn’t sure what my process was going to be, I have read so many authors giving their suggestions, but I have to find something that is comfortable for me. This is the only way that I will be able to write using “my voice”.
I am going to be a co-author for a book that is very similar to the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. It focuses women and their stories of being an overcomer and to motivate other women to do the same!
